To ensure fairness and equal access to solicitations for all qualified bidders, HART has established standardized procurement processes and follows the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) guidelines.
The below policies, procedures and guidelines have been provided as a courtesy and are available for review as vendors are encouraged to become familiar with the procurement process.
