Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART), in cooperation with the
Federal Transit Administration (FTA), has prepared the Final
Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) in compliance with the
National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA). This FEIS
discloses the potential social, economic, environmental,
transportation and cultural resource impacts for the Tampa Rail
